Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure, Security & Operations at the Wallick Corporate Office in New Albany, OH. This hands-on leadership role directs infrastructure, security, and IT operations, while coaching the team and setting strategic direction for cybersecurity and service delivery.

The ideal candidate has over ten years of IT infrastructure and security experience and can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive IT infrastructure and security experience.
• Deep working knowledge across IAM, security operations, networking, cloud platforms, and ITSM.
• Experience leading a service desk or managed service operation with SLAs and metrics.
• Experience shaping cybersecurity operating models and vendor management.
• Experience in infrastructure modernization, data center strategy, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the technical team; act as escalation point.
• Own and mature the IT Service Desk and partner-delivered services.
• Define cybersecurity operating model and sourcing strategy; coordinate with executives and regulators.
