Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 5+ years in managing large, cross-functional projects.
• 3 years in process management/continuous improvement with measurable results.
• Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to improve quality, cycle time, cost, and customer experience.
• Experience developing process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance.
• Strong analytical and data skills.
• Experience leading change management across diverse teams.
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Desirable: construction/real estate/affordable housing/senior living/property management.
• Desirable: experience managing people.
• Desirable: Smartsheet familiarity.
• Desirable: Minitab or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to closure and manage charters and plans.
• Track scope, schedule, budget; report risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma-based process improvements to reduce waste and cycle time.
• Build enterprise PMO tools, templates, and provide training and mentorship.
