Job summary

Denali Ingredients, a Wisconsin-based food ingredients manufacturer, seeks an IT Director to lead our technology function and ensure reliable day-to-day IT service, ERP health, and a practical technology roadmap. You will oversee D365, infrastructure, security, and automation with enterprise governance and cross-functional collaboration.

The role partners with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, and supports go-live and stabilization of D365 initiatives while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Eight or more years of progressive IT and enterprise systems experience with leadership of ERP implementation, support, or improvement.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or comparable ERP.
• Strong networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, backup and recovery knowledge.
• Experience running a service desk or ticket management process with metrics.
• Ability to evaluate AI and automation opportunities with proper controls.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own IT priorities, budgets, vendor relationships, and a multi-year roadmap aligned with business needs and governance.
• Lead and develop IT staff; manage performance, assign work, and ensure service quality.
• Oversee the ticketing system, SLAs, escalation, and root-cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
• Maintain clear ownership across internal teams and external partners; manage major incidents.
• Oversee ERP and integration points, including D365, CRM, reporting, and data flow.
