Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Audit Director – Cybersecurity, AI & Cloud in Washington, DC. This hands-on leadership role oversees complex technology audits, mentors staff, and serves as a technical authority on AI risk, cybersecurity, and cloud controls.

You will own audits from planning to reporting, collaborate with business leadership, and drive innovative testing approaches that enhance risk visibility and audit efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or Information Security.
• Experience leading complex technology audits or risk assessments.
• Strong project management and audit execution skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with highly technical SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology audits across AI, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and IT governance.
• Own audits from planning through testing, reporting and final recommendations.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to audit team members.
• Develop risk assessments and innovative testing approaches for emerging IT domains.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Incorporate data analytics, automation, and AI into audit testing and execution.
