Genesis Companies seeks a Director of IT & Artificial Intelligence in New York, responsible for day-to-day IT operations, enterprise AI adoption, and strategic IT initiatives across Genesis Companies, VPH Management Services LLC, and GP Construction. The role combines hands-on support with executive-level advisory on technology, data, and cybersecurity.

The position reports to the VP of Operations, requires on-site presence in the New York City office with hybrid work options, and oversees

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT support/operations with 2+ in leadership.
• Hands-on administration of an enterprise AI platform (Claude) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee IT operations and technical support for the organization.
• Manage AI adoption, strategy, and governance across departments.
• Administer Claude platform including skills library and data controls.
• Coordinate with vendors for security, hardware, and software provisioning.
• Provide regular IT reports to leadership and ensure policy compliance.
