Position Summary:

SWAN is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to lead and manage our global investment relationship strategy across multiple projects and markets. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned, forward-thinking professional to join a high-performing, high-growth team. Based preferably in New York or Miami, this role requires an individual who understands how to engage and cultivate relationships with sophisticated investors, family offices, and institutional partners while aligning capital strategy with SWAN’s values, global objectives, and long-term mission.

This is a commission-based position to start, with a guaranteed compensation structure activated upon the successful achievement of clearly defined performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and secure strategic investment partners for SWAN's portfolio of projects across the Americas, Europe, and emerging markets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between SWAN and its investor network, ensuring clear communication, professional stewardship, and long-term trust.
• Present, position, and defend the company’s vision, performance, and opportunity pipeline with clarity, precision, and confidence.
• Manage investor onboarding, documentation, compliance coordination, and regular reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and evolve investor communication strategies, including fundraising decks, performance reports, and project updates.
• Ensure that all investor-facing activities align with SWAN’s high standards of discretion, professionalism, and brand integrity.
• Anticipate market trends and position SWAN favorably within the investment community through insight, innovation, and strategic outreach.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Private Equity, Capital Markets, or Strategic Finance.
• Proven track record in raising capital, managing high-value investor relationships, and navigating complex deal structures.
• Deep network of investment partners, including family offices, HNWIs, institutional funds, and venture groups.
• Highly professional, polished communicator with a reputation for integrity, discipline, and follow-through.
• Forward-thinking mindset with an entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced, international firm.
• A genuine interest in shaping the future of FinTech and contributing to a legacy of innovation and trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
