Qualifications

• 7+ years of institutional investment experience in asset management, foundations, endowments, OCIO environments, or related fields.
• Expertise in asset allocation, portfolio construction, governance, performance measurement, and risk management.
• Proven ability to present to donors, boards, investment committees, and senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as FFTC's senior investment representative for donors and professional advisors.
• Lead investment pools, advisor-managed assets, and impact investing initiatives.
• Oversee governance, policy reviews, and risk management frameworks.
• Prepare investment reports, dashboards, and market updates for the Investment Committee.
• Manage OCIO and external investment partners to ensure high-quality donor experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop the investment team.
