Job summary

AlixPartners seeks a senior investigator to lead BSA/AML, OFAC, and FCPA risk assessments for financial institutions and fintechs. You will develop corrective-action plans under regulatory agreements and may serve as interim Chief Compliance Officer or BSA Officer for clients.

You’ll apply blockchain analytics and open-source intelligence to complex investigations, coordinating with regulators and external counsel. Travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex investigations in financial crime and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate technical findings for executives.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with cross-border matters and multi-jurisdictional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessments and regulatory program implementations for financial institutions.
• Serve as interim CCO/BSA Officer as needed.
• Manage investigations across domestic and international matters.
