Qualifications

• Master's degree in health administration, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of financial management in academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of Service Standards and incorporate into duties.
• Oversees procedure intake and scheduling, including insurance authorizations.
• Coordinate APP support for lab activities and workflows with leadership.
• Ensure high-quality service with continuous improvement via HRO structures.
• Manage daily procedural schedule balancing safety and efficiency.
• Prepare HRO scorecards and coordinate weekly huddles and reviews.
• Optimize documentation and coding with revenue realization for new tech.
• Monitor clinical supply use and reduce waste and inventory levels.
• Prepare annual cath lab budget and monitor expenditures.
• Maintain interface with inpatient/ED for STEMI and urgent care.
• Assist in quality review materials and system-wide reviews.
• Support onboarding of new physicians and APPs for volume growth.
• Ensure resources availability for cath lab operations.
