Job summary

Maxonic Inc. seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive next‑gen internal test platforms for NAND, SSD, and memory product development. You will manage Hardware, Software, and Firmware teams to deliver reliable, scalable tester solutions from concept to deployment.

You will guide architecture decisions, oversee platform development, and collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to ensure robust, cost-effective solutions across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong technical leadership with hardware, software and firmware collaboration.
• Experience with NAND memory technologies and manufacturing test platforms.
• Proven ability to drive architecture decisions and complex debugging.
• Leadership of global engineering teams and cross-functional program management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmaps for internal test platforms supporting NAND and SSD products.
• Lead HW, SW, and FW teams through architecture, validation, deployment and sustaining activities.
• Establish processes, milestones, and quality gates for robust product delivery.
• Provide technical leadership for tester platforms including servers, electronics, and automation.
• Drive platform reliability, scalability and long-term supportability.
• Mentor engineers and manage budgets and staffing priorities.
