Lightcast is seeking a Director of Internal Technologies to lead IT operations, enterprise applications, and AI-enabled initiatives. This on-site role in Moscow, ID requires 6+ years in IT leadership and a track record of optimizing processes, automation, and governance.

You will partner with leaders across the business to balance service delivery, innovation, and scalability. This position reports to the VP of Technical Operations and emphasizes secure, reliable technology, strong stakeholder

Qualifications

6+ years of IT leadership/enterprise systems experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field.
Experience leading internal technology, help desk, workplace technology, or enterprise systems in growth environments.
Proven ability to improve productivity through automation, AI, and process optimization.
Experience managing SaaS ecosystems, security practices, and technology vendors.
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and agentic workflows.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

Lead delivery of employee technology services with reliable, secure support across the organization.
Oversee device lifecycle management, IAM, collaboration platforms, and workplace technology.
Establish and report on operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and security/compliance.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology spend to maximize value.
Oversee administration and optimization of internal technology platforms and business apps.
Partner with business leaders to improve processes and automate workflows.
Drive governance and standardization to simplify technology ecosystems.
Ensure systems and data support effective decision-making and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Develop governance and enablement programs for responsible AI usage.
Monitor technology trends and adopt value-creating solutions.
Foster a culture of experimentation and learning while maintaining security controls.
Lead a high-performing technology team, build cross-functional relationships, translate needs, and develop scalable roadmaps.
