Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience managing staffing or operations (preferably in healthcare).
• Experience with recruitment, policy development, performance management, and payroll.
• Experience negotiating contracts with staffing agencies and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills; proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with staffing vendor management systems (VMS) or staffing provider management preferred.
• Experience leading projects, consulting with senior leadership, budgeting, and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a highly effective variable labor staffing model.
• Leads Central Staffing team and develops a cohesive staffing organization.
• Manages vendor network for clinical and non-clinical staffing and negotiates fees/rates.
• Works with campus leadership to provide staffing coverage for vacancies and growth.
• Develops recruitment strategies to attract supplemental and contracted talent.
• Establishes annual Central Staffing budget and oversees ongoing financial management.
• Oversees onboarding and education to ensure compliance with Joint Commission and policy standards.
