HPD's Office of Development seeks an Associate Housing Development Specialist to lead interagency coordination for the ASAP initiative, improving timelines for affordable housing projects and managing data and pipeline tracking. The role requires collaboration with the Mayor's Office, city agencies, and utility partners to remove barriers and accelerate production.

Qualifications

• A baccalaureate degree and three years of full-time professional experience in real estate development, financing, or urban planning.
• Experience coordinating with multiple agencies and stakeholders to advance housing production.
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines in a complex environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead division efforts to accelerate the production of affordable housing.
• Coordinate interagency work with the Mayor’s Office and city agencies to reduce timelines.
• Develop and manage pipeline tracking tools and data analyses for ASAP.
• Engage with external partners for proactive coordination and information sharing.
• Attend ASAP task force meetings and report to senior management.
