The Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF) is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Director of Development to lead LIIF’s institutional fundraising function, reporting to the Chief Development Officer. The Director provides enterprise-wide leadership for development strategy, systems, and team management, driving LIIF’s multi-million-dollar annual fundraising goals.

Competenze

• The nonprofit development or fundraising leadership track with 10–15 years of progressive responsibility.
• Proven success designing and executing fundraising programs with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Deep expertise in institutional fundraising across foundations, financial institutions, corporate partners, and government funding.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
• Experience using data and systems (e.g. Salesforce) to drive strategy and accountability.

Mansioni

• The Director of Development leads strategy, execution, and staff leadership for LIIF’s fundraising function.
• Manage external relations with funders including foundations, banks, government agencies, and corporate partners.
• Oversee development of complex, high-dollar grant proposals, budgets, and reporting timelines.
