Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN physician leader to oversee inpatient obstetrics care across the Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Triage, and Postpartum units. The Director of Inpatient Services will directly oversee the OB Hospitalist Group, reporting to the Vice Chief of Obstetrics.

This role combines clinical oversight, quality, education, research, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified OB/GYN with leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing inpatient obstetrics and OB hospitalist groups.
• Proven ability to drive quality initiatives and protocol development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee obstetric inpatient services across Antepartum, L&D, Triage and Postpartum.
• Lead quality improvement, EPIC documentation optimization, and protocol development.
• Collaborate with NewYork-Presbyterian and Weill Cornell Medicine.
