Job summary

Amneal seeks a Director of New Product Launch to own end-to-end commercial leadership for injectable generic launches, from selection through twelve months post-launch. You will coordinate across Commercial, R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Medical, Supply Chain, Finance, Market Access, Quality, Legal, and Customer Operations.

The role requires deep hospital marketplace knowledge, strong strategic planning, and execution discipline to maximize adoption and financial performance across launches.

Qualifications

Experience leading institutional injectable product launches.
Strong understanding of hospital purchasing, GPOs, IDNs, and buy-and-bill.
Ability to develop launch strategy and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end launch for injectable generic/complex generic products.
Chair cross-functional launch governance and ensure accountability.
Monitor market conditions, launches, and supply continuity.
Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance for promotional activities.
Drive reimbursement readiness and coding strategy with stakeholders.
