Job summary

NCCF is seeking an experienced Administrator, Information and Technology Systems in Bethesda, Maryland. This leadership role directs technology operations, cybersecurity, data management, and IT infrastructure to support NCCF's mission and regulatory requirements.

You will provide strategic guidance to the CEO and ELT, oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance programs, and lead a team to ensure reliable, scalable technology that enables program delivery and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Cybersecurity, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of management or executive leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing network infrastructure, cybersecurity programs, cloud technologies, and information systems.
• Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, human services, government, or similarly regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for NCCF's technology operations and governance.
• Advise CEO and executives on emerging technologies and investments.
• Develop and manage annual technology operating and capital budgets.
• Establish standards, roadmaps, risk management, and performance measures.
• Lead technology staff and define goals and service expectations.
• Oversee networks, servers, cloud, telecommunications, software, hardware, and information management systems.
• Oversee cybersecurity policies, incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Coordinate responses to cybersecurity incidents and emergencies.
• Establish data governance, retention, and security in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Ensure systems support reporting, grants, accreditation, and compliance.
• Establish vendor relationships and oversee procurement and contracts.
