Prologis in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Manager of Investments to join the Capital Deployment team, supporting acquisitions, redevelopment, and development activities in the Southwest market. The Investment Manager evaluates opportunities and provides clear recommendations for senior leadership.

You will lead underwriting, market analysis, and financial modeling using Argus and Excel to evaluate acquisitions and development projects, and prepare investment memos for the Investment Committee.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in real estate investment, finance, development, or private equity.
• Ability to apply real estate finance, equity structures, and valuation concepts (NPV, IRR, cap rates) in investment analysis.
• Experience reviewing and preparing real estate documents (LOIs, offering memorandums, leases, RFPs).
• Financial modeling proficiency in Argus and Excel.
• Ability to communicate investment analysis and recommendations clearly in written materials and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% locally.

Responsabilités

• Source and execute capital deployment opportunities, including land acquisitions, redevelopments, developments, and select M&A opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, architects, contractors, engineers, and other consultants.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify and present new investment opportunities.
• Conduct macroeconomic and market research and prepare materials that inform investment strategy.
• Lead underwriting, feasibility analysis, and financial modeling using DCF, pro forma, Argus, and Excel.
