Qualifikationen

• Experience in fundraising, development or related field with direct responsibility for individual giving.
• Experience cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable initiating conversations and asks.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple relationships and deadlines.
• Strong data-management skills using a CRM or donor database.
• Comfort working with executive leadership and Board in donor development.
• Collaborative, hands-on working style.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute Studio Tenn's individual-giving strategy and revenue goals, including acquisition, retention, renewal, upgrades and increased giving.
• Manage a portfolio and pipeline of donors and prospects through cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
• Lead annual giving, the Studio Tenn Circle, targeted campaigns and other individual-giving initiatives.
• Build and coordinate donor cultivation teams, engaging and preparing leadership for conversations and solicitations.
• Partner with Patron Services to strengthen the pathway from patron to donor.
• Build stewardship practices and ensure acknowledgments, pledge follow-up and donor recognition.
• Maintain donor/prospect information in the CRM and use data to inform next steps.
• Develop donor-facing fundraising communications across channels.
• Track revenue, pipeline and campaign performance and report to leadership and Board.
