The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, fiscal accountability, and building partnerships to expand service reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in public administration, human services, social work, public health, business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in human services or nonprofit environments.
• Experience overseeing multiple programs and funding streams.
• Experience managing government contracts, grants, compliance, and audits.
• Bilingual or multilingual capability strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership in program expansion, redesign, and integration.
• Ensure services are culturally responsive and grounded in equity.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and lead risk management.
• Ensure fiscal stewardship and diversify funding sources.
• Represent KWA in external relations and local policy discussions.
