Young Women's Freedom Center in California seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR department, ensuring compliance, risk management, and strategic talent programs across sites. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• HR certification (PHR, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
• Minimum 4 years of experience supervising and developing staff.
• Strong knowledge of California and federal employment law (FEHA, CFRA, ADA, FMLA, wage and hour).
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations matters.
• Experience leading performance management, talent acquisition, and benefits/leave administration.
• Experience building or strengthening HR systems, policies, and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR functions including compliance, risk management, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, and HR systems.
• Maintain HR policies and practices aligned with YWFC values and legal requirements.
• Oversee annual reporting and maintain confidential, audit-ready personnel files across sites.
• Coach managers and work with SLT to support staff development, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee salary administration and compensation reviews to ensure equity and competitiveness.
