Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) is recruiting a Division Director of Human Resources to lead strategy, operations, and system modernization for its HR function across schools and programs. The role shapes workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations in a large multi-district setting.

Qualifications

Master's degree in HR, business administration, organizational leadership, or related field.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience; public education experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and labor relations.

Responsibilities

Lead HR strategy and operations aligned with CREC priorities.
Oversee talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, leaves, and labor relations.
Drive HRIS modernization, reporting, and data analytics for informed decision-making.
Support bargaining processes and ensure policy and legal compliance.
