You will guide HR strategy, modernize HRIS, and lead a team across recruitment, compensation, and compliance to support CREC's schools and programs.

The role emphasizes integrity, emotional intelligence, and collaborative leadership, with responsibility for governance, policy, and workforce planning in a complex multi‑location educational setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, business administration, organizational leadership, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive human resources leadership experience.
• Experience in public school district or regional educational agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic people advisor to CREC leadership on workforce matters and HR strategy.
• Lead HR operations across payroll, benefits, leaves, labor relations, and compliance.
• Oversee HRIS implementation and modernization, including change management and training.
• Develop HR metrics and reporting to support planning and decision‑making.
• Provide guidance on collective bargaining and employee relations with unions as applicable.
