Job summary

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage budgets, collaborate with payers and providers, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver strategic HUB performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a HUB or health care billing/reimbursement related organization with strong customer service skills.
• Minimum of five years' experience supervising healthcare billing/reimbursement or HUB staff.
• Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HUB Program Managers and oversee reimbursement and patient support services.
• Develop and monitor HUB procedures, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and develop HUB staff and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Collaborate with payers, providers, and manufacturers to advance HUB services.
• Oversee HUB quality, process improvement, and training initiatives.
