The People Concern seeks a Director of Housing Supportive Services Program (HSSP) to lead the Mental Health department’s DMH-contracted services. You will oversee administrative functions, billing, and contract maximization while ensuring compliance with contract goals and outcomes across Project Based Housing and Scattered Sites.

You will supervise staff, support recruitment and training, and coordinate with Clinical Quality Assurance to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in the field of Social Welfare or Marriage and Family Therapy, or doctorate in psychology or related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years experience in mental health and/or substance addictions.
• Strong working knowledge of Medi-Cal documentation and requirements.
• Outstanding clinical review skills and ability to supervise staff.

Responsabilités

• Attend meetings and respond to email; represent the Senior Director and staff with DMH and partners.
• Ensure productivity goals and outcomes, with 65% direct service time.
• Coordinate clinical services with outside agencies, partners, and funders; manage referrals.
• Develop and supervise staff; assist in recruitment, training and evaluation.
• Prepare required reporting to LA County DMH as contracted.
• Support psychiatry needs, data collection, and reporting.
