Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Director of Human Resources to set the vision for HR Operations and lead its execution across a growing multi-state footprint. You will own the HR operating model, total rewards, HR business partner support, employee relations, and compliance, guiding a multi-disciplinary team.

You will partner with executives, drive data-driven decisions, and champion a service-oriented HR culture with a focus on strategy, change management, and enterprise-wide people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR operations and business partnering.
• 5+ years of senior management experience leading managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
• 5+ years overseeing benefits and compensation programs, including plan administration.
• Experience with federal/state/local employment laws across multiple states.
• Experience overseeing employee relations, investigations and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Operations function with strategy and priorities aligned to company goals.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary HR team spanning operations, business partnering and employee relations.
• Coach and develop HR team members to build a high-performing culture and succession.
