You will unify HR Shared Services and Payroll, implement self-service technology, and ensure data integrity and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in payroll, benefits, and HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business; MBA or HR certification is a strong plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations and Shared Services.
• Strong proficiency with major HRIS platforms and system implementations.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, multi-functional teams and managing change.
• Deep knowledge of payroll administration and multi-state tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Shared Services and Payroll integration into a cohesive HR Operations function.
• Lead the design and implementation of a tiered, self-service/service model for HR.
• Redesign end-to-end HR workflows to reduce cycle times and improve scalability.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, reporting, auditing, and privacy compliance.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders and drive continuous improvement.
