Job summary

AGCO Corporation is seeking a Director of Human Resources for North America Manufacturing. The role leads HR strategy, workforce planning, and labor relations across Hesston, KS; Jackson, MN; and Duluth, GA facilities.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people initiatives and drive organizational effectiveness. The position emphasizes labor relations leadership, talent management, and cross-functional collaboration to support regional and global supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, labor relations, or related field.
• Master's degree or advanced HR/labor relations certification preferred.
• 10-15 years of progressive HR experience including senior business partner or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR partner for North America Manufacturing and leadership team.
• Lead site-based HR leaders across North America and align talent with business priorities.
• Direct labor relations and collective bargaining strategy for North America Manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and AGCO policies.
