Job summary

AGCO Corporation in Hesston, KS seeks a Labor Relations Manager to lead collective bargaining interpretation, grievance management, and labor-management initiatives. You will conduct workplace investigations and guide leaders on employee relations and compliance, while strengthening risk mitigation and workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required; master's/MBA preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred; Labor Relations Certificate preferred.
• Approximately 9+ years of progressive labor relations or HR experience, including leadership, investigations, and collective bargaining administration.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment; unionized manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of labor and employment law and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations activities including contract interpretation, grievance management, and negotiation support.
• Conduct workplace investigations and advise on employee relations concerns and policy compliance.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders and HR on labor law implications and organizational risk.
• Develop leadership capability via coaching and training, supporting workforce planning and talent processes.
• Leverage workforce data and AI-enabled analytics to identify trends and improve decision-making.
