Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Ability to set and monitor department goals tied to hotel objectives.
• Strong budgeting, cost-control and inventory management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across staff and departments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure guest services meet standards.
• Lead the Housekeeping Department with objectives aligned to hotel goals.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance to Level5 hospitality standards.
• Inspect areas daily and take corrective actions to meet cleanliness standards.
• Develop cleaning schedules and detailed position checklists.
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Determine labor needs and manage the housekeeping budget.
• Perform related duties as required.
