Job summary

InnVentures is seeking an Area Director of Housekeeping for multiple properties, including Embassy Suites Tigard, to lead and motivate housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations across properties, manage scheduling and budgets, train and develop staff, and partner with Maintenance and Front Desk to uphold brand standards and ensure top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive hotel or related field experience; supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, counsel, motivate and recognize the housekeeping staff at each location.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and department budgeting across properties.
• Inspect housekeeping quality to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Greet and assist guests with requests; build loyalty with long-term guests.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Front Desk to maintain a high-quality product and service levels.
• Maintain safe working practices and department productivity.
