Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Managing Director to drive profitability across luxury lifestyle properties. You will oversee revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and employee development while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in luxury hospitality, superb financial acumen, and experience with hotel openings and openings management. The role requires leadership across departments, strategic partnerships with sales, and ongoing staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years progressive hotel/related field experience.
• Strong track record in luxury lifestyle hospitality.
• Excellent financial and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Tour operating departments daily and adjust as needed via department heads.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and trainings.
• Meet all financial review dates and corporate programs in a timely fashion.
• Forecast monthly the hotel's financial position, by estimating revenues and expenses.
• Oversee budget process and ensure training compliance with SOPs.
• Develop managers for future advancement through competency training and corporate programs.
