Ladders is seeking a Director of Hospitality, Retail Experiences to lead a premium food and beverage program inside a consumer-facing financial services environment in New York. This senior role is ideal for someone with a track record in hospitality and retail operations who can elevate guest journeys

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• 5+ years leading projects in corporate or hospitality environments
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• 7+ years in strategic scaling of retail or hospitality operations
• Experience in hospitality consulting in a high-quality fast-casual environment preferred
• Proven storytelling and presentation skills preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills preferred

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Hospitality, Retail Experiences to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will oversee the strategy and day-to-day execution of a premium food and beverage retail experience within a consumer-facing financial services environment. The role will shape guest experience standards, operational performance, and program innovation while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external operators. It is ideal for a seasoned hospitality and retail operations leader who can translate customer insights into scalable experiences and business results.

Location: New York, NY

Compensation: $224,800 – $256,500 annually
