Job summary
AdventHealth Merriam seeks an experienced hospice leader to oversee day-to-day operations, strategic growth, and compliance across our hospice services in Kansas. You will guide staff, ensure quality care, and align operations with the organization's mission.
Reporting to the board, you will manage budgets, develop policies, and collaborate with the foundation on fundraising initiatives while maintaining strong governance and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Master's degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of hospice leadership experience required.
- 7+ years in healthcare management or related field required.
- Experience as a hospice administrator preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hospice operations and ensure compliant delivery of care.
- Lead strategic growth initiatives for hospice services and network expansion.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability for the program.
- Develop policies and collaborate with the foundation on fundraising strategies.
- Represent hospice care in the community and coordinate with leadership.
