Capital Health Hospice in Miamisburg, OH is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee and supervise all hospice care across settings. You will ensure safe, therapeutically effective services and collaborate with the Administrator to meet standards and objectives, guiding interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient- and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a registered nurse.
• Hospice experience required.
• Licensed as a registered nurse in the state.

Responsabilités

• Oversees and supervises all hospice care to patients and families.
• Participates in developing standards to ensure safe and effective service.
• Works with Administrator to meet objectives and staffing needs.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary team services and patient/family needs.
• Participates in recruiting, hiring, and evaluating staff.
• Organizes and plans orientation for new employees; conducts orientation sessions.
• Ensures compliance with policies and maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Provides on-call coverage and supervises hospice staff.
• Monitors quality assurance/performance improvement (QAPI) activities.
