Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Tucson Home Health market.
• Manage and inspire a team of 25+ clinicians.
• Oversee an Average Daily Census of 110-125 patients.
• Drive growth, marketing, and clinical quality initiatives.
• Provide evidence-based clinical feedback and mentorship.
