Job summary

Berkshire Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Director for the BVNA within the Home Care Division. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise nursing, home health aides, physical and occupational therapy, and related programs, reporting to the VP of Community Health.

Qualifications include a Master’s in healthcare, business, or nursing administration, and RN licensure or equivalent clinician status, with several years in health services leadership and a strong budgeting background.

Qualifications

• Five years of training and experience in health service administration.
• At least one year of supervisory administrative experience in home health care or related health care program.
• Masters degree in healthcare, business or nursing administration required.
• Demonstrated understanding of nursing, general clinical operations, and patient-centered care.
• RN licensure in Massachusetts or licensed clinician within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the BVNA Home Care Division.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise nursing, home health aides, PT and OT programs.
• Budget, staff, and direct program activities; report to VP of Community Health.
