Zusammenfassung

METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER seeks a senior leader to develop and execute construction and renovation capital projects across the MetroHealth System. You will oversee project managers and staff, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and patient experience goals while managing budgets and risk.

You will collaborate with Facilities Management, EH&S, Space Planning, Legal, and hospital divisions to maintain open communication with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, program management, engineering, or construction management.
• CHC or CHFM certification.
• Infection Control Risk Assessment Construction Trades Best Practices Awareness Training.
• Five years of management experience encompassing technical and staff construction supervision.
• Experience with capital and operational planning.
• Hospital or healthcare organization management experience.
• Familiarity with project management software and document control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Codes and Standards.
• Demonstrated evidence of continuing professional self-development.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Aufgaben

• Oversees the department's project managers, construction managers, and support staff.
• Manages capital and operating budgets, schedules, and project risks.
• Ensures compliance with quality, life safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with VPs/Senior VP and other divisions; maintains open communication with customers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Develops and enforces department policies and procedures; aligns with MetroHealth mission and values.
