Qualifications

• Five years of experience in academic advising or career coaching.
• Minimum of three years in pre-health academic advising, pre-health career coaching, health professions admissions, or related position.
• Supervision of professional staff.
• Knowledge of coaching best practices and university career services operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare professions and graduate and professional school admissions.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to strategic vision, growth, and evaluation of healthcare career coaching and service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day health professions coaching operations and annual planning for student-facing initiatives.
• Lead campus efforts to develop health professions preparation programming and admissions engagement opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on student engagement, coaching utilization, and outcomes; report to leadership.
