Job summary

Renesas is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive global hardware initiatives across silicon ecosystems, IP and test program development for MCU/SoC platforms. You will align IP strategy with the long-term product roadmap and work with product, operations and software teams to meet delivery KPIs.

The role calls for extensive experience, strategic thinking, and a track record of leading large engineering programs in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a similar field.
  • 20+ years of engineering experience with understanding of design, verification, validation across multiple technology generations.
  • Soft skills: strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
