The Director of Marketing is a visionary enterprise leader responsible for architecting and amplifying Aramark's value proposition across enterprise client segments. This leader will shape EPG strategy and execution, drive client acquisition and growth, and deliver measurable business impact. The Enterprise Partnership Group is designed for clients committed to a true strategic partnership - one that fully leverages Aramark's enterprise capabilities in innovative and integrated ways. This role will champion a unified enterprise message that bridges Aramark's full breadth and depth of hospitality offerings across Lines of Business.

This highly visible role will partner with the Business Resource Center (BRC), Communications, and Digital Marketing teams to design and execute strategies that support EPG's growth objectives. Key areas of focus include:

  • Brand Leadership: Serve as the marketing and strategy lead for EPG, crafting a compelling and scalable value proposition tailored to large, cross-LOB enterprise clients.
  • EPG Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching EPG go-to-market strategy, including segment targeting, persona development, and client engagement standards.
  • RFP and Proposal Strategy: Lead strategic guidance on proposals and RFP responses, ensuring quality content, compelling narratives, and alignment with enterprise messaging.
  • Client Marketing Coordination: Partner with Lines of Business to deliver coordinated, enterprise-level client marketing.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Build out EPG-specific collateral that communicates an integrated enterprise message and supports the sales and retention process. Lead over-arching Enterprise Communication efforts to support broader Aramark brand message.
  • Growth Initiatives: As the team matures, plan and develop growth initiatives based on established strategy to accelerate new business development and retention.
  • Digital Strategy: Lead enterprise digital strategy initiatives to support EPG’s long-term marketing goals.
  • Market Positioning: Monitor market trends and emerging competitors to inform go-to-market strategies and differentiate Aramark’s enterprise offering.
  • Marketing Insights: Deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions, solution design, and executive engagements.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends and emerging competitors to continuously inform EPG’s go-to-market strategies and positioning

This is a remote position. Must be able to travel up to 50%.
