Autodesk Fusion is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing and Operations to lead and integrate growth strategy across marketing, revenue operations, and go-to-market execution. This role sits at the center of growth - owning both ecommerce revenue and the operational systems that turn interest into predictable revenue.

You will be responsible for scaling Fusion’s growth engine, with accountability for ecommerce performance, conversion efficiency, and marketing-sourced revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience owning pipeline and revenue targets in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to design multi-channel growth strategies across digital, content, lifecycle, partnerships, and events.
• Strong systems thinking with funnel design, attribution, forecasting, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own Fusion’s end-to-end growth marketing and operations strategy, including ecommerce revenue and marketing-sourced revenue.
• Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified demand.
• Architect and optimize the full growth funnel from first touch through revenue with clear KPIs and feedback loops.
• Build and scale growth operations infrastructure including CRM workflows and analytics partnership.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with sales, product, and leadership on revenue targets and GTM priorities.
• Lead major launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives as integrated programs with measurable impact.
• Manage growth budget planning and ROI optimization; adjust spend based on performance.
• Drive experimentation to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing growth marketing and operations team.
