Job summary

Autodesk Fusion is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing and Operations to own and scale our growth engine across ecommerce revenue, pipelines, and marketing-sourced revenue. Qualifications

• Strong systems thinker with funnel design, attribution, forecasting, and analytics experience

Responsibilities

• Own Fusion's end-to-end growth marketing and operations strategy, with accountability for ecommerce revenue, pipeline generation, conversion performance, and marketing-sourced revenue
• Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies across digital, content, lifecycle, partnerships, and events to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified demand
• Architect and optimize the full growth funnel - from first touch through revenue - establishing clear KPIs, benchmarks, and feedback loops at each stage
• Build and scale growth operations infrastructure, including CRM workflows, and partner with Analytics to provide insights and metrics
• Partner with sales, product, and leadership to align on revenue targets, ICP definition, segmentation, and go-to-market priorities
• Lead major launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives as integrated programs that drive measurable business impact
• Own marketing and growth budget planning, allocation, and ROI measurement; optimize spend based on performance insights
• Drive experimentation and growth initiatives to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth marketing and operations team as the organization scales

We're looking for a Director of Fusion Growth Marketing and Operations to lead and integrate our growth strategy across marketing, revenue operations, and go-to-market execution. This role sits at the center of growth - owning both ecommerce revenue and the operational systems that turn interest into predictable revenue. You will be responsible for scaling Fusion's growth engine, with accountability for ecommerce performance, conversion efficiency, and marketing-sourced revenue. This role requires a leader who can set strategy, define metrics, and build infrastructure - while remaining hands-on and execution-focused as we scale.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience across growth marketing, B2B ecommerce and demand generation, and/or revenue or marketing operations with 4+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record owning pipeline, revenue influence, or growth targets in a B2B environment
• Strong systems thinker with deep experience in funnel design, attribution, forecasting, and performance analytics
• An AI-native leader who establishes how AI is embedded into growth strategy, team workflows, and decision-making to drive scale and efficiency
• Experience building and scaling growth engines that combine marketing strategy, execution, and operational rigor
• Comfort operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator in fast-moving environments
• Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels and stages of the buyer journey
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $159,000 and $284,350. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
