You will develop data practices in One Church, monitor engagement, and partner with ministry leaders to grow participation.

Responsibilities

• Track participation and engagement across ministries.
• Collaborate with ministry leaders to strengthen church-wide pathways for connection.
• Prepare regular leadership updates on ministry activity and opportunities.
• Support group-related events and trainings.
