The role drives product innovation, competitive positioning, market analysis, and go-to-market execution across voluntary and employer-paid benefits, partnering across the enterprise to support strategy, distribution, implementation, training, and ongoing portfolio management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product development and/or product management in the worksite or voluntary supplemental benefits market.
• Demonstrated experience leading product strategy, launches, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting distribution, marketing, implementation, and training efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and strategic recommendations for group life and disability products.
• Design, enhance, and launch innovative, competitive group life and disability products.
• Develop product messaging, positioning, and collateral to support sales and market differentiation.
• Collaborate with distribution, underwriting, operations, and other stakeholders to support opportunities and sales execution.
• Establish product training strategies and onboarding materials for internal teams and partners.
• Ensure smooth product implementation and governance across processes.
• Represent Chubb in the marketplace with professionalism and market credibility.
• Provide leadership, mentor team members, and guide priorities.
