Job summary

Chubb Benefits, a Chubb Company, seeks a Director of Marketing and Product Development to lead strategy, development, and execution of group life and disability product portfolio. This role provides leadership for product innovation, competitive positioning, market analysis, and go-to-market execution across voluntary and employer-paid benefits.

The ideal candidate will partner across the enterprise to support product strategy, distribution, implementation, training, and ongoing portfolio

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product development and/or product management in the worksite or voluntary supplemental benefits market, specifically life and disability.
• Demonstrated experience leading product strategy, launches, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting distribution, marketing, implementation, and training efforts.
• Familiarity with reviewing, interpreting, and drafting life and health policy forms and state filings.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and strategic recommendations for group life and disability marketplace.
• Design, enhancement, and launch of innovative, competitive, and profitable products that meet market needs.
• Develop product messaging, positioning, and collateral to support sales and market differentiation.
• Collaborate with distribution, underwriting, operations, and stakeholders to support large opportunities and effective sales execution.
• Establish product training strategies, onboarding materials, and ongoing education for internal teams and distribution partners.
• Ensure smooth product implementation and governance across product processes.
• Represent Chubb Benefits externally with professionalism and market credibility.
• Provide subject matter expertise and strategic leadership to guide priorities and mentor team members.
