Inkit is expanding its leadership team with a Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). You will own the GRC program, drive frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO, NIST, and FedRAMP readiness, and manage the Vanta platform to ensure ongoing audit readiness.

You’ll partner with engineering, legal, security operations, and product teams to embed repeatable risk and compliance processes and provide clear risk insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading GRC functions in a B2B SaaS or secure software environment.
• Hands-on experience with compliance platforms (e.g., Vanta) and relevant frameworks.
• Strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and with external parties.
• Demonstrated ability to build repeatable risk and compliance processes at scale.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain a unified GRC strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own and operate our Vanta compliance platform, controls, evidence collection, and audit readiness.
• Lead enterprise risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Establish, document, and maintain governance policies, risk registers, and controls.
• Partner with engineering, product, legal, security, and business teams to ensure risk visibility.
