- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, or related field.
- Significant experience in graduate education leadership or program development.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative curricula.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with committee governance, curriculum, programmatic assessment, and accreditation processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary academic and administrative lead for graduate programs ensuring alignment with institutional, accreditation, and regulatory requirements, including NECHE standards.
- Oversee curriculum governance, updates, and compliance processes related to MS or PhD programs in the school.
- Direct the delivery and annual review of the MS and PhD curricula and associated learning-assessment programs.
