Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking an experienced professional to lead graduate career services on the Bloomington campus. The role focuses on 1-to-1 career consulting, workshop delivery, and program design to advance graduate student career development in collaboration with the Walter Center and campus partners.

The successful candidate will develop leadership for best practices, define objectives, and use data to measure impact, while mentoring colleagues and overseeing program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Preferred: Master's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-to-1 career consulting for graduate students.
• Develop and deliver workshops on career development.
• Create and lead programs for graduate career development in collaboration with campus partners.
• Assess outcomes and collect data to inform program improvements.
• Mentor peers and supervise graduate assistants.
