Qualifications

• Multi-course facilities experience preferred.
• PGA Class A member in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees golf operations across three courses.
• Develops, implements, and monitors annual budget and revenue goals.
• Provides timely financial and operational reporting to management.
• Leads hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
• Maintains member services and promotes resident satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with company standards and golf operations policies.
• Maintains course rotation and tee time scheduling across multiple courses.
